I’m wary about [Wii MotionPlus] becoming “the new Wii Remote,” as it could segment the market, and I don’t like the idea of buying another peripheral just to have a working controller.

Final Fantasy XIII coming to both Xbox 360 and PS3 in simultaneous launch

More choice is a good thing for us.

Considering the following that FF has, this is a fairly big deal. Sony’s fate of being in last place this time around seems to have been sealed. One can hardly say they don’t deserve it.

Chrono Trigger for Nintendo DS announced

Chrono Trigger for Nintendo DS announced

It’s basically just a port with accomodations for the DS’s screens, but I certainly wouldn’t mind an excuse to play this game again. Hopefully they’ll keep the extras from the PSX port.

And hopefully they’ll get going on THE NEXT ONE in the series. I refuse to believe it’s not going to happen…

Starcraft updated to no longer require the CD to play

Starcraft updated to no longer require the CD to play

Convenient. It’s neat that after 10 years, Blizzard is still making sure that this game runs well.

Also, did you know that it’s available as a download now?

Edit: turns out the same is true for WarCraft III, now; no extra file copying is necessary.

Edit 2: you can now register said games with Blizzard, and then download them again anytime, anywhere, just like Steam.

Firefox PDF Plugin for Mac

Firefox PDF Plugin for Mac

Displays PDFs within the browser window using Mac OS X’s very fast built-in PDF engine.

(For fun, compare to all the extensions that Windows users install to avoid displaying PDFs, due to the terrible and slow Adobe plugin.)

It’s a great day for AT&T news, eh? Ever notice how AT&T brings absolutely nothing to the user experience except pain?
